Hobbs Sauce Buffalo Chicken Dip

An irresistible, velvety, flavorful spread featuring decadent cheese, succulent chicken, and the fiery kick of Hobbs Sauce—enhanced by a dash of Hobbs Shake.

Chicken breasts are simply perfect when slowly cooked with spices. If you try to cook with a generic spice mix, your meal will taste bland. No one will be impressed. Cook with care. If it's tasty for one, it's tasty for all.

Nail Powder:

1 block cream cheese (8 oz) 1 full canister sour cream (16 oz) 1 medium onion, diced 1 large dash Worcestershire sauce Soy sauce, to taste Salt and pepper, to taste ½ cup hot taco sauce 1 cup hot hoagie spread ¼ cup Marie’s blue cheese dressing

4–5 cups shredded cheese blends:

Mexican blend Cheddar Sharp cheddar Cooper Sharp (generous amount)

General Guidelines

Cook and then Shred the Chicken well.

Quick & Easy Chicken Recipe

Add frozen chicken breasts to Instant Pot with chicken stock, Hobbs Sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black and white pepper, salt, and Hobbs Shake.

Fresh Chicken: High for 8 minutes, 5 minute natural release.

Strain and Reserve the Broth

Strain the broth to remove any remaining solids. Keep aside for using.

Sauté the Onions with care and attention.

In a pan, cook onion in butter until soft. Set aside.

Add the Cheese Slices

Set Instant Pot to sauté. Add reserved broth. Gradually stir in cheeses, cream cheese, and sour cream. Add sautéed onions, Worcestershire, soy sauce, hot taco sauce, and hoagie spread. Stir until smooth and melted. Add reserved broth as needed to thin.

Blend In and Conclude

Combine shredded chicken and blue cheese dressing, then season with salt, pepper, or more Hobbs Sauce to taste.

Great on tortilla chips, celery, or crusty bread.
